(1) HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENT(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE FOR ANY ERROR IN OR OMISSION FROM THIS CERTIFICATE/REPORT OR FOR ITS ISSUANCE OR USE, EVEN IF CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT (EXCEPT FRAUD, WILFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE) OF HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENT(S), AND (2) IN ANY EVENT, HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENT(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY ERROR IN OR OMISSION FROM THIS CERTIFICATE/REPORT, FOR ANY ERROR OR OMISSION CAUSED BY THE ACTS OF OTHERS, OR FOR ITS ISSUANCE OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

As a protection to the public and HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED, neither this Certificate/Report nor the name, trademarks or service marks of HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED or its parent, Hong Kong Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association, may be used in whole or in part for purposes of advertising, publicity, promotion or others, without the express, prior written authorization of HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED or its parent.

The Certificate/Report refers only to the specific article tested by HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED and does not in any way apply to the bulk, if any, from which a sample is taken unless the sampling has been carried out by HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED, and it will be so stated in the Certificate/Report. The rights and liabilities (if any) related to this Certificate/Report are restricted to the client to whom HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED renders testing service and to whom this Certificate/Report is issued, and such rights and liabilities are not transferable to any other party, regardless of who currently and/or subsequently owns the tested article (i.e. the subject of this Certificate/Report). HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED also has no obligation to respond to any party, other than HONG KONG JADE & STONE LABORATORY LIMITED's client aforementioned for any enquiries related to this Certificate/Report.
